All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Domestic Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the United States.
3. International Delivery
We also deliver to international addresses on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import, which are the responsibility of the customer. TorrLube is not responsible for fees associated with or arising from customs and duty.
4. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
5. Shipping Costs

TorrLube Payment Terms Policy

All payments are due immediately upon completion of order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order with TorrLube, you, the buyer, are agreeing to pay for the order in full at the time of purchase, except when expressly agreed upon with a TorrLube representative.

For some clients, TorrLube may offer quoted and agreed payment terms of net 15 or net 30 days. This is solely at the discretion of TorrLube and must be negotiated and agreed upon before an order is placed. Agreements are made in writing to protect both parties.
3. Payment Method Decline
If a payment is not received, or if a payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
